Return Guide
Currently all products sold are not refundable. We carefully selected our products before sending out.
If we send wrong item to you or the item you received has defective problem, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returning to us.
For defective items, please contact us to see if we can solve the problem together first. If not, please mark our order number, phone number and "Return" on the package, and let us know the tracking number when you send it out.
After receiving the parcel, we will examine the product, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra charge. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee. If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a replacement. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it and send email to us about the case for a reship.
